We provide our clients with advice on solving both individual and collective labour law problems. Amongst other things, we deal with the preparation and support of restructuring measures, especially in relation to collective bargaining and works constitution, the negotiation of internal agreements, the drafting of model employment contracts, litigation in proceedings concerning protection against unlawful dismissal, and also the handling of other disputes that come before the labour courts, right up to providing the executive partners with legal advice in their dealings with one another.
