LAWYER, LL.M. (LEGUM MAGISTER IN OECONOMICIS)

Dr. Sebastian Graj, LL.M.oec., studied law in Halle (Saale), funded by the German National Academic Foundation. Following a job as research assistant in Prof. Dr. Wolfhard Kohte’s  department and as holder of a PhD scholarship from the Graduate Scholarship Program of Saxony-Anhalt, he obtained his doctorate in law with a thesis on a topic concerning protection against unlawful dismissal. Parallel to this, Dr. Graj completed master courses at the Institute of Commercial Law at the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, attaining a Legum Magister in Oeconomicis (LL.M.oec.) degree. Dr. Graj joined our law firm in 2008, following his internship in Saxony-Anhalt. His main areas of expertise are private commercial law, individual and collective labour law and corporate law.
